  1. Ordering
  2. After confirming your order, Yolo Greetings will send an order acknowledgment email.
  3. Acceptance of your order happens when Yolo Greetings dispatches your items and sends a confirmation email.
  4. Yolo Greetings may decline your order for various reasons such as creator sickness, pricing error, or description error.
  5. If Yolo Greetings cannot accept your order, it will notify you with a reason.
  6. Please note all video vouchers have an expiry date

 

  1. Description and pricing of goods/services
  2. The description and price of goods/services are displayed on the Yolo Greetings website at the time of placing an order.
  3. If Yolo Greetings cannot fulfil your order within 3 days, it may terminate the contract and give you a full refund or credit your account.
  4. If some but not all items are unavailable within 3 days, Yolo Greetings will contact you to cancel or amend your order.
  5. Yolo Greetings strives to ensure accurate descriptions and pricing but may contact you if an error occurs.
  6. If you do not respond to Yolo Greetings within 14 days, it may cancel your entire order or fulfil the part that does not have errors.
  7. Promotional products may not be eligible for further discounts.

 

  1. Delivery
  2. Yolo Greetings will email your video to the email address you choose during the ordering process.
  3. Yolo Greetings aims to deliver all orders within 1 to 3 days. However, time frames cannot be guaranteed.
  4. For Same Day Delivery and Next Day Delivery, this is only available on certain products as mentioned on the product page and this cannot be guaranteed due to various situaitons, such as bad weather etc. In this case, we are unable to fulfill this, we will only refund you for the next tariff down. Hence, if you paid for same day delivery, but received next day delivery, we would charge you for nexty day delivery.
  5. Yolo Greetings will contact you if it cannot deliver to you for any reason.

  1. Payment
  2. Payment must be made immediately after checking out with Yolo Greetings. However, this does not mean that your order has been accepted.
  3. Payment can be made through various methods, which you will see during the checkout process. Alternatively, refer to the payment section for further details.
  4. We cannot delivery the goods/services until the funds have cleared.

 

  1. Risk and Ownership
  2. After delivery, the goods/services are at your risk.
  3. Ownership of the goods/services will only pass to you once funds have been received by Yolo Greetings.

 

  1. Warranty and Limitation of Liability
  2. The video's we create for you we guarantee will be free from any defect within 45 days of the delivery date, contact us within this period with any issues.

 

  1. Data Protection
  2. We will comply with the Data Protection Act 1998 to keep your details secure. However, we cannot be liable for unauthorized access to the information supplied by you.

 

  1. Images/Video
  2. Whilst we make every effort to ensure the website is up to date, images/videos shown on the website may differ from the actual product/services, and we cannot be held responsible for this.

 

  1. Copyright
  2. You are not allowed to copy, modify, publish, sell, broadcast, distribute, alter or transfer any content/material on this website, whether in whole or in part. However, you may download, print or copy content/material for your personal non-commercial use.

 

  1. Cancellation Rights
  2. Once an order is placed, our team promptly begins the recording process. Unfortunately, this means that we're unable to accommodate order cancellations as these are personalized videos.

 

  1. Refunds/Returns/Issues
  2. If your personalised video has an error on it, please reach out to us so we can find a resolution as soon as possible.
  3. We cannot refund or reshoot any video's once the order has been placed if it meets the requested brief during the order process.
  4. "They could not pronounce the message" - Our team will not be able to pronounce all the message perfectly, they are not fluent in all languages.
  5. We will NOT be able to compensate or refund for any of the below reasons or reasons similar to them:
  6. "The video is too short" - The video can be between 30 to 60 seconds each. The team put a lot of time and effort in getting it right. It is a must longer video which gets edited go perfection.
  7. "The team did not dance enough"

 

  1. Intellectual Property
  2. By providing images, you maintain full rights to them. However, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use these images for the sole purpose of creating the video.
  3. Conversely, we retain all rights to the videos we create. Reproduction or distribution of these videos without our explicit consent is prohibited.

 

 

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
  2. These terms of sale and the supply of goods and services will be subject to English law, and the English courts will have jurisdiction
